Together, we can make a difference, one step at a time.

Randy believes that if we can support the needs of the most vulnerable—Black children and families in the US—then we will be equipped to support the needs of everyone. He spent the past 8 years building a national model for Black male teacher recruitment in a campaign called “Man the Bay,” which recruited, trained, and housed graduates of Historically Black Colleges and Universities to become elementary school teachers in the Bay Area.

He is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, received his Juris Doctorate from American University Washington College of Law, and his Bachelor’s in Arts from the University of Michigan. Always and forever: Go Blue.
